Not home yet
Well, perhaps I jumped the gun a bit. Jeff was not able to come home today. The bleeding has stopped and he is stable, but kidneys aren't working properly yet. He also seems to have some lingering effects from the severe brain trauma. Only time will tell if that will improve. We also have no information at this time as to the status of the tumor. Just know that we are now truly living one day at a time. I believe that God had nothing to do with this happening, but that he has everything to do with seeing us through it.

Dear Ones, I am so grateful for the way you have all of you have shown up through this ordeal. It's been scarey at times and yet your faith has not faltered. Jeff chose to have a positive, optimistic attitude and that alone has held him in good stead. You all are amazing and just knowing "that God had nothing to do with this happening, but that he has everything to do with seeing us through it" will continue to give you all that you need for today and tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you all know that the light of God surrounds you, the love of God infolds you, the power of God protects you and the presence of God watches over you, wherever you are God is and all is well.
Love to all,
Linda Gillispie
